Dr. Berland can take care of 95 percent of your health care needs in the office!

  • Preventive health care

  • Care for diabetes, hypertension, asthma/COPD, anemia, thyroid disorders, etc.

  • Stress management

  • Mental health, including treatment for depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders

  • Treatment of sprains, lacerations, and broken bones

  • Family planning

  • Cryotherapy for skin lesions

  • Skin biopsies to assess for skin cancers

  • Laceration repair, sutures, staple removal

  • Joint injections (shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee) as treatment for acute inflammation, damage, or gout

  • Incision and drainage of abscesses

  • Pulmonary function test (lung testing for COPD and/or asthma)

  • Electrocardiogram (EKG)

  • Heart Holter monitors to assess for heart rhythm disorders

  • Point of care testing (flu/Covid/strep, blood sugar, and urine testing)
